Who We Are
Corporate Event in Miami is the corporate division built from the experience and success of It’s Always Picnic Time, one of the largest and most established outdoor event companies in Florida.
After more than five years producing high-end outdoor experiences, we created this brand to focus exclusively on corporate events, team building, and large-scale celebrations—with systems designed to scale across the United States.
Today, we design and produce turnkey outdoor corporate events for HR leaders, People & Culture teams, corporate planners, and brands looking for something elevated, compliant, and effortless.

Our Story
We took one of the oldest activities in the world—a picnic—and transformed it into a scalable business model for corporate experiences.
Through It’s Always Picnic Time, we produced hundreds of outdoor events ranging from intimate gatherings to large corporate celebrations with 100+ guests. This experience allowed us to build:
